Online seminar – an introduction to law in Germany (for start ups)
In September, Oktober and November, the Grenzhoppers Business School in cooperation with the Internationaal Netwerkbureau, Fontys Lectorate Cross Border Business Development, STRICK Rechtsanwälte & Steuerberater and the Business Angels Network organise a series of online seminars. The aim of the series is to help start-ups from the Netherlands and Germany enter the German market. The seminars will include advice on law, marketing and financing.
What to watch out for in terms of (tax) law when entering the German market.
Do you have an innovative business model and modern technologies? Then Germany is the market for expanding your business with a start-up company across the border. Germany is still in an excellent economic position. About 300,000 companies are founded every year. The federal government has clearly defined plans to make Germany the digital Mecca of Europe. This offers many opportunities for Dutch entrepreneurs from all sectors. The question is how to gain access to this market.
A thorough preparation and a proper market strategy is of great importance for a start-up to successfully enter the German market with as little risk as possible. The choice of the legal form, which serves as a basis for the company, is essential. Additional aspects such as incorporation, financing, the protection of trademarks and copyrights, an innovative website with legally valid general terms and conditions and a correct imprint. All these issues will be discussed during the presentation by Alexander Crämer, Rechtsanwalt at STRICK Rechtsanwälte & Steuerberater on Monday, 28 November from 17.00 – 18.00.
This online seminar is part of the series: Entering the German market with my start-up.
